班級經營研究(The Study of Classroom Management)

任課教師簡介

課程目標：「班級經營」課程的主要目的，是在協助修習本課程的同學瞭解班級經營的理論與實務，引導學員能有效地從班級經營的理論與策略，來研究班級經營的各類問題，協助學員能有效地進行班級經營。更詳細的說，本課程想要透過「教室領導技巧」、「班級經營策略」、「教師教學效能」的課程學習來幫助教師們的班級經營知能成長，同學們可以經由學習、研究、評鑑檢核與熟練等方法，來增進教師們的班級經營知能，其中包括各項班級經營知能的基本概念、理論基礎、評鑑與自我檢核、理論應用篇。　

課程大綱：班級經營的研究係以班級基本概念為開始，進一步談到班級經營策略的研究取向，班級經營策略的基本概念，探討國內外專家學者對班級經營策略的觀點、內容、功能，以及研究取向。班級經營策略的理論基礎，包括Skinner 、Canter、Kounin、Jones 、Dreikurs 、 Glasser 、Berne & Harris、Ginott、Redl & Wattenberg 等專家學者的班級經營策略研究。班級經營策略的評鑑與自我檢核，強調以實證研究的方式，編製發展一套「班級經營策略量表」作為教師評鑑與自我檢核班級經營知能的工具。

本課程的教學方式藉由理論講述、討論分析、專題研討、班級網頁分析及優質教師的班級經營實務訪談研究、心得分享來建構一套班級經營的系統知識，並建置班級經營研究課程的教學網頁，提供同學上網閱讀與學習班級經營之相關專業知識。

學習策略

修習本課程同學，請閱讀主要參考書籍「陳木金(民88)：班級經營。台北：揚智出版社。」一書，並能參考本教學網站之各單元主題參考資料及相關參考資料，上網閱讀班級經營專題之相關資源，參與課程討論、分析班級網頁、分組專題報告及心得發表…等。

成績評量

１．出席與討論情形及筆記40％：各主題之課堂出席、教材閱讀與討論情形及筆記理。
２．個人研究心得報告20％：請選一篇班級經營研究的碩士論文進行分析與討論。
３．分組團體閱讀報告20％：請就各組選定之專題文章進行分析與討論。
４．期末考綜合測驗 20％：各主題之專題討論、分組報告內容與心得分享內容。
