導師實習:班級經營

  「導師實習:班級經營」的主要目的,是在協助瞭解班級經營的理論與實務,引導有效地從班級經營的理論與策略,來研究班級經營的各類問題,協助實習教師們能有效地進行班級經營。更詳細的說,「導師實習:班級經營」想要透過「教室領導技巧」、「班級經營策略」、「教師教學效能」的課程學習來幫助實習教師們的班級經營知能成長,實習教師同學們可以經由學習、研究、評鑑檢核與熟練等方法,來增進班級經營知能,其中包括各項班級經營知能的基本概念、理論基礎、評鑑與自我檢核、理論應用篇。其內涵包括以下三大部份:
壹、第一部份─教室領導技巧
  這一部份主要在介紹教室領導技巧以及它的理論基礎。它以介紹領導技巧的基本概念為開始,進一步談到教室領導技巧的研究取向,第二章教室領導技巧的基本概念,探討國內外專家學者對教室領導技巧的觀點、內容、功能,以及研究取向。第三章教室領導技巧的理論基礎,包括領導特質與技能、領導行為、情境領導、權變領導、魅力領導、轉型領導、組織文化領導研究。第四章教室領導技巧的評鑑與自我檢核,強調以實證研究的方式,編製發展一套「教室領導技巧量表」作為教師評鑑與自我檢核班級經營知能的工具。

貳、第二部份─班級經營策略

  這一部份主要在介紹班級經營策略以及它的理論基礎。它以介紹班級經營策略的基本概念為開始,進一步談到班級經營策略的研究取向,第五章班級經營策略的基本概念,探討國內外專家學者對班級經營策略的觀點、內容、功能,以及研究取向。第六章班級經營策略的理論基礎,包括Skinner 、Canter、Kounin、Jones 、Dreikurs 、 Glasser 、Berne & Harris、Ginott、Redl & Wattenberg 等專家學者的班級經營策略研究。第七章班級經營策略的評鑑與自我檢核,強調以實證研究的方式,編製發展一套「班級經營策略量表」作為教師評鑑與自我檢核班級經營知能的工具。

參、第三部份─教師教學效能
  這一部份主要在介紹教師教學效能以及它的理論基礎。它以介紹教師教學效能的基本概念為開始,進一步談到教師教學效能的研究取向,第八章教師教學效能的基本概念,探討國內外專家學者對教師教學效能的觀點、內容、功能,以及研究取向。第九章教師教學效能的理論基礎,包括教學歷程研究、自我效能理論、系統觀察與績效制度、學生管理理念、實驗研究與過程技能、中介概念與教師思維、多向度教學效能概念的教師教學效能研究。第十章教師教學效能的評鑑與自我檢核,強調以實證研究的方式,編製發展一套「班級經營策略量表」作為教師評鑑與自我檢核班級經營知能的工具。
