            Yu-Chen Wei's research focuses on macro-level human resource management issues. She is interested in the impact of high-commitment human resource practices on organizational behaviors and performance. Further research interests include the creation and accumulation of human capital, the interaction between alternative components of intellectual capital, and the capital value of ethical behaviors of firms.
