網站宗旨：校長學研究資訊網的宗旨在探討「校長學」 → 「學校長」 → 「長學校」的相關資訊與研究，提供校長們在日昇日落的每一天，都能透過行動進行「校務發展」、「行政管理」、「教學領導」、「公共關係」及「專業責任」的學校經營研究，找到解決問題的方法與策略之參考。因此，本網站以校長學研究專題為主，內容包括：「校長培育模式」、「校長證照制度」、「校長甄選遴選」、「校長工作職責」、「校長專業發展」及「校長知識社群」的研究發展與理論，期望能透過前述「校長學專題研究」之經驗、理解、內化、統整與，建構一套校長專業發展的系統知識，幫助校長們之高品質學校經營效能的發揮！

網站簡介：「今日的領導者，明日的世界；有怎樣的校長，就有怎樣的學校。」學校的現場生活充滿著喜樂煩憂，校長在學校經營的成效扮演著關鍵的角色。緣於在政大教育所博碩士班講授校長學專題研究課程、參與台北縣市校長讀書會活動、參訪世界重要校長培訓中心的心得，個人嘗試努力建置「校長學研究資訊網」，作為教學、研究、學習、推廣與服務的互動平台，期望能協助校長們、有興趣成為校長者，增能校長專業能力的發展，並提供政府相關部門重視校長培訓工作，培養具有卓越能力的優質校長。因此，本資訊網內容，包括：最新消息、個人檔案、學術著作、會議論文、期刊論文、專題報告、專書文章、論文指導、教學網頁，研究資訊、教育小品、網路資源…等十二部份，主要編輯係以「增能個人發展」、「豐富本地發展」與「接軌全球發展」三大核心脈絡為主軸。雖然，本資訊網是以認真及嚴肅的態度來撰寫，但由於個人時間、體力及才學有限，網頁科技知識欠豐，各部份之敘述，恐有不夠詳盡之處，懇請國內外先進賢達賜予指正，俾供即時修訂。以下簡介本資訊網之核心內容：「校長專業知識發展專題研討」、「校長學校經營實務研討」、「校長讀書會的專書閱讀」。
