校長學專題研究(Principalship Topic Study)

課程目標 
　　校長學專題研究課程的主要目的，是在協助教育學系博士班同學們能從校長學專題研究，建立研究校長學專題的論壇，本課程的宗旨在討論「校長培育模式」、「校長證照制度」、「校長甄試遴選」、「校長工作分析」、「校長專業發展」及「校長知識社群」的研究發展與理論。並期望從探討世界主要國家目前校長培育與校長專業發展的現況，校長學研究與發展的實務研究，作為校長培育與專業發展專題研究及了解如何來發展與建構一個校長學研究專業架構，協助博士班同學能建置一個網際網路校長學專題研究討論平台，來作為進行校長學與學校領導研究的專業論壇，引導同學們能從校長培育與專業發展專題研究課程的學習，了解如何來發展與進行校長學的專業能力與研究，進而有能力去從事校長培育與專業發展的研究。
