A study of the relationship between Administrative Chaos Sensibility and Organizational Culture Molding by elementary school principals.
This study focused on the following topics. The first was to understand the
reality for administrative chaos sensibility and organizational culture
molding from elementary school. Secondary, to explore the relationship between
administrative chaos sensibility and organizational culture molding. Thirdly,
the researcher also investigated the differences of sample's demographic
variables among administrative chaos sensibility and organizational culture
molding. Finally, the study also helps to probe the influence of
administrative chaos sensibility on organizational culture molding.
This study employed the survey method. The subjects were 706 teachers and
principals randomly sampled from 100 elementary school in Taipei district.
The instrument included 〝The administrative chaos sensibility inventory 〞,
and 〝The organizational culture molding inventory 〞. Data were analyzed
using the method of descriptive and inferential statistics, included
Frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, MANOVA, and LISREL. The major findings were:
1.There is a good fit model at administrative chaos sensibility evaluation
inventory from AGFI、GFI indicator of LISREL.
2.Significant difference existed among the gender, age, seniority, present
position, and school size for administrative chaos sensibility.
3.The findings of the study supported the constructed model, and the
administrative chaos sensibility had a great influence on the organizational
culture molding.
Finally, based on the research results, discussion and conclusions, the
researcher advances the suggestions on “Institute of Educational
Administrations” , “Elementary School Principals”, “Elementary School
teachers” and “Researches In The Future”, hoping that they can be of
referential value as far as administration research and practice are concerned. |
