一、索引(Index)
(一)定義
l 引得者，執其引以得其文也
l 是一種常用的提供線索型檢索工具，常按照人名和主題幫助人們迅速地查檢到書刊文獻所需的資料
l 是某一文獻集合包含的文獻單元或概念的系統性指南，這些概念分別被描述在按某種人所共知或規定的可查順序(如字順、編年、數字等)排列起來的款目

二、摘要(Abstract)
l 摘要又稱文摘或提要，是以簡明扼要的文句，將某種文獻的主要內容，正確無誤摘錄出版，使讀者於最短時間內，得知原著的大意。
l 將期刊論文以100到200字左右提供摘要性文字, 可供使用者事先閱讀以決定是否取得論文全文, 或可作為檢索使用
l 分3類:(1)指示性摘要 素(2)資料性摘要 (3)評估性摘要

theory in understanding the progress of constructing a new departmental
identity in a former library and information science school that was merged with an
education school. Findings indicate that members of the former library and information
science school faced pressure both to become more like education and
