課程目標
 本課程之教學旨在使學生了解影響教育系統變化的社會、經濟、政治和文化因素,及社會變遷脈絡對於育管理的影響。本課程首先探討教育管理的基本概念和理論發展,其次探討教育管理的輸入層面:教育制度、教育政策、教育人事、教育法令、教育經費;第三探討教育管理的歷程層面:組織、領導、激勵、計畫、決定、溝通、視導、評鑑;再則探討教育管理的結果層面:效率、效能、趨勢,分析社會變遷脈絡下的教育管理概念和原則及其在動態社會背景下的教育環境中的應用,透過教育管理來制定和實施策略,有效地將社會變遷脈絡融入教育機構;利害關係人參與;具成本效益的教育資源管理;創新的教育方法與模式,從社會變遷之 BANI特性(脆弱、焦慮、非線性和不可理解)的未來趨勢,深入剖析其理論背景、輸入層面、歷程層面、結果層面的內容及利弊得失,俾日後能對各種重大之教育管理具有批判並參與訂定之能力。

六、反省目前社會變遷脈絡對於育管理之影響的問題與趨勢。

Course Description
Educational Management under Social Change Context

The main purpose of the " Educational Management under Social Change Context " course is to help students taking this course understand the practical work and theoretical research of educational management. It makes the most appropriate and appropriate operation of the people, things, finances, materials, etc. resources of school education.

The teaching of this course aims to enable students to understand the social, economic, political and cultural factors that affect the changes in the education system, and the impact of social changes on education management. This course first explores the basic concepts and theoretical development of educational management. Secondly, it explores the input aspects of educational management: education system, educational policy, educational personnel, educational laws, and educational funds. Thirdly, it explores the process aspects of educational management: organization, leadership, and motivation. , planning, decision-making, communication, guidance, and evaluation; and then explore the result aspects of educational management: efficiency, effectiveness, trends, and analyze the concepts and principles of educational management in the context of social changes and the educational environment in a dynamic social context. Application in education management to formulate and implement strategies to effectively integrate the context of social change into educational institutions; stakeholder participation; cost-effective education resource management; innovative education methods and models, from the BANI characteristics (brittle, anxious, nonlinear and incomprehensible) of social change , and deeply analyze its theoretical background, input level, process level, result level content and pros and cons, so that in the future, we can criticize various major educational management and participate in the formulation of The ability to determine.

The main purpose of the " Educational Management under Social Change Context " course is to help students taking this course understand the practical work and theoretical research of educational management. It makes the most appropriate and appropriate operation of the people, things, finances, materials, etc. resources of school education.

1. Discuss various important theoretical basis of social change context for education management;

2. Understand the various important theories and contents of the input level of social change to education management;

3. Discuss various important theories and contents of social change context on the process level of education management;

4. Explore various important theories and contents regarding the consequences of social change on education management;
