課程目標
　　「教育領導專題研究」課程的主要目的，是在協助教育政策與經營管理學系碩士班的同學瞭解學校創新經營與教育領導研究的理論發展、世界主要國家目前教育領導研究的現況，領導理論在學校領導實務工作的應用研究，引導同學們能從學校創新經營與教育領導研究課程的學習，了解如何來發展學校創新經營與教育領導研究的專業能力。

課程大綱

　　教育領導專題研究課程主要從「領導肖像」、「營運體制」及「領導技能」三方面來進行探討學校創新經營與教育領導研究課程。首先，在在第一部份「領導肖像」─本部份各章圍繞教育領導研究，提供一些理論背景。努力於研究下列問題，誰是追求卓越取向的領導者？優秀領導與無能領導的差別所在？領導風格的含義及研究？性別在領導上的差異研究？怎樣培訓教育領導者？其次，在第二部份集中研討隱含於「營運體制」之中的學校領導活動，內容包括：學校本位管理、學校行政團隊、參與決策管理、優良校風塑造，這些內容涉及組織結構與管理制度，這些決定了能否當好教育領導工作。最後，在第三部份指出當今優秀學校領導者需要擁有那些「領導技能」，其中包括校務發展領導、課程教學領導、學校教師領導、公共關係營造、建立策略聯盟、主持學校會議、管理時間及壓力、處理衝突及危機。
