[摘要]
本研究旨在針對臺北市公立國小設立校中校模式幼兒學校發展與運作提出建議,以作為未
來臺北市公立國小設立校中校模式幼兒學校之參考。
本研究之研究方法採文獻探討、個案分析、訪談法及問卷調查。文獻針對幼兒學校的發展
及運作進行探討。個案分析是將臺北市萬芳國小試辦幼小課程銜接與師資合流計畫的第一
年歷程予以分析。訪談方面,訪談對象共計四位,分別為兩所幼稚園暨國小課程銜接與師
資合流研究計畫的試辦學校之研究教師,藉此瞭解二所試辦學校的運作情形。問卷調查對
象為臺北市公立國小校長、主任、低年級教師、附設幼稚園園長及幼稚園教師,藉以瞭解
研究對象對於臺北市公立國小設立校中校模式幼兒學校的發展與運作的看法,而問卷寄發
學校共計50所,500位教師,回收有效問卷457份,回收率91%。
綜合文獻探討、個案分析、訪談法及問卷調查結果,得到以下十點結論:
一、校中校模式幼兒學校之發展願景以培養幼兒健康的身心、快樂的探索學習及多元智慧
的發展為依歸,重視幼兒適性發展,並提供多元的學習機會最為可行。
二、校中校模式幼兒學校課程設計以兒童生活為中心,並著重遊戲學習。
三、校中校模式幼兒學校課程可規劃部分時間混齡學習。
四、校中校模式幼兒學校師資以現有幼稚園及國小教師藉由在職進修方式取得最為可行。
五、現行幼稚園與國小師資培育課程及制度應有所調整。
六、校中校模式幼兒學校師資培訓以辦理研習或工作坊最為可行。
七、萬芳幼兒學校願景為健康、快樂、成長。
八、萬芳幼兒學校課程設計以九年一貫綜合活動學習領域能力指標為主要依據,且透過混
齡學習規劃達成教學目標。
九、萬芳幼兒學校師資培訓方式主要為辦理研習、工作坊及教學觀摩。
十、萬芳幼兒學校教師專業互動方式以參與研究會議及經驗分享為主。
最後根據上述之結論,分別針對臺北市公立國小設立校中校模式幼兒學校之規劃與運作、
教育行政單位及師資培育機構提出具體建議。


[摘要]
The purpose of the study is to propose the development and the operation of “
Infant school model in elementary school” as a reference for public
elementary school in Taipei City.
The methodology of the the study includes literature review, case study,
interview and questionnaire. The four interviewees were the research teachers
from two schools which held the experimental program of “Kindergarten-
elementary curriculum transition and teacher integration program” To
investigate the viewpoints toward the infant school model, the subjects of the
questionnaire included principals, directors, teachers of the lower grades,
and directors of the kindergartens from 50 public elementary schools in
Taipei. Sampling subjects were 500 with valid sampling of 457, reaching 91%.
The main findings of the study are as follows:
1.It gains the highest consent that the operational school vision should focus
on cultivating healthy body and mind of the children, exploring and learning
happily, developing multiple intelligences, emphasizing children’s adaptive
development, and offering multiple learning opportunities.
2.It gains the highest consent that the design of the curriculum in this model
should focus on “Thematic Life Curriculum.”
3.It gains the highest the consent that the development of vision in this
model should concern the rights of receiving education of the children aging
from four to seven.
4.It gains the highest consent that teachers’ qualification in this model
should be acquired by in-service training for present elementary and
kindergarten teachers.
5.The teacher training program in Wang Fang Infant School mainly includes
related teacher training courses, workshops and regular teaching demonstrations
.
6.It gains the highest consent that there should be constant teacher training
courses and workshops.
7.The school vision of Wang Fang Infant School is the same as Wang Fang
Elementary School.
8.To promote the professional interaction between the kindergarten and
elementary school teachers, Wang Fang Infant School adapted class-groups
method to proceed collaboration teaching. The approaches include attending
teaching research meeting, class-group meeting, experience sharing and
participating after school activities.
Base on the findings, the suggestions on the framework, the operation, the
administrative unit, and the teacher education organization have been proposed
as well.
